The purchase procedure at Intercom IT
1. Request
Send us your stock list or your offers.
2. Offer & bank transfer
We send you our offer in return. After an agreement has been made, the order will be paid by advanced payment.
3. Collection & transport
We take care of the collection and the transportation of the goods. Upon request, we offer the service to dismantle your old IT infrastructure.
Everything will be securely packed for transport. You save time and money if you choose to use our rollback service.
4. Cleaning & auditing
We make sure that all machines are thoroughly cleaned and all stickers and further identifications removed. Then, our professional staff conducts an optical and technical test. As a result, every machine is graded.
5. Data erasure
Your data will be professionally deleted according to internationally recognized standards. By default, we use the deletion tool 'Loadstar' from Iolohouse.
For extra security we offer deletion with Blancco. On request, a deletion certificate can be created.
6. Storage
Finally, all devices are stored and packaged for resale.
